The first robotics business in the world to join Google for Education's technology partners is TokyLabs. TokyLabs develops hardware, software, and curriculum with the aim of enhancing young people's self-esteem and drive to go deeper and learn more, as well as helping them prepare for the future while having fun.
TokyLabs created a STEAM project-based learning curriculum including subjects like music and technology, smart farming labs, and competitive robots. Coding, electronics, and modern technologies like computer vision, augmented reality, and the Internet of Things (IoT) are all included in each program. Because 65% of children will work in jobs that do not yet exist, TokyLabs' curriculum equips them with the creative making and independent thinking skills they need to design their own futures.
